Win aged over 3 years, includono 15 months in franch oak casks, racking in bottle for no Less than 6 months. It is a wine with a Ruby Red colour tending towards orangey gamet, with a full-bodied flavour. It leaves scents of morello cherry and wild berries in the mouth. It should be drunk at a temperature of approximately 18-20° and we recommend that the bottle is opened a few hours earlier. It Goes very well with first courses with gravy, Red meat, game and mature cheeses.
