Typical wine of the area originated from Garganega grape and fermented exclusively in steel tank
colour: Crystal clear, pale yellow live
 
flavour:  Intense, persistent, with fruity scents of ripe pear and fig little, minerals, acacia flowers and almonds dry
 
fragrance: Dry, fresh, very tasty, warm, full but lean, with good length
serving suggestions: Seafood appetizers, pasta dishes with vegetables, sopressa of Verona, prosciutto di Soave etc…
this wine it's not the common Soave you can taste everywhere in our area but very special and particular because of the volcanic carachter this wine reflect!!
