aged 3 months in steel tanks at controlled temperature and a further 3 months in bottle, wine, hot-bodied, ruby red color tending to garnet with purple hues, the scent is vinous and pleasant with notes of fruit red fruit.
The palate is round, dry, slightly tannic lends itself as an entire meal.
