Place of production: Erbusco, in the heart of Franciacorta.
Sensory properties: maximum expression of the territory, Franciacorta Satèn has a creamy
generous spume with a fine and persistent perlage, that for its grace and kindness could
be recommended to the ladies not accustomed to drinking wine. It is sapid, fresh and
harmonious at the same time. The base wine is initially fermented in steel and then in
small oak barrels (barrique) for a period of 6/7 months until the tirage stage, which takes
place in May.
Recommended food: it is ideal to accompany the whole meal, but enhances its virtue with
baked pasta, light risotto and sea or lake fish.
