Albana di Romagna dolce

Historical white wine from Romagna, the legend relates it to Teodosio Emperor and his daughter Galla Placidia, that appreciated its yields aromas and the delicate and intense taste.
Picked in boxes at the end of October, the grapes are straight selected on the vines aiming to only use the more mature and suitable grape for the production of this quality wine.
The Albana di Romagna is filtered before the fermentation ending, to conserve high sweetness and maintain the flavours of tropical fruit, typical of the grapes.
Finished with bâtonnage and let to mature in wood barrels it has an intense and persistent aromatic bouquet where fruit aromas match honey and wild flowers flavours. Wine to be served with dessert, perfect with cakes and pastry.
