Poggio Agli Scalzi
It is made from grapes accurately selected in the vineyard. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for about 8 days, then the wine is aged in barriques for 14 months. It is deep ruby red. Its bouquet is rich with hints of red fruits, as well as of maquis, myrtle and thyme. It pairs with red meat, roasts and aged cheeses.
