Taibo is a well structured wine, marked by a distinctive, luminous red, and releases generous draughts of dark cherry and raspberry, wild red berry fruit. All the elements blend beautifully together to create an impressive, already-evolved bouquet.
The altitude of the vineyard is 250m asl,
the exposure is South-East and the soil composition is clayey and slimy. After a manual selection in the harvest and a second one in the celler we check and control constantly the fermentation and the temperature in  big casks of italian rovere.
